The second half of January was characterized by snow and ice. It doesn’t often snow in Belgium and when it does, it usually happens in the Ardennes:
So when we have more than 10 centimeters of snow in Brussels for more than a week, it’s very unusual! So, one Saturday morning Lars and I decided to go for a walk and take some pictures.
This is my neighborhood:
And now with some snow!
Love your blog! This is really pretty with the snow pictures!
More coming up!
Thanks! Looking forward to it! http://www.segmation.com
Enough snow to enjoy the feeling, not enough to shut down the city.
Apparently you don’t know the Belgians
This is enough snow to create chaos in the whole country
glad did not see any in Christmas time…
And more snow is coming soon
so pretty
It really can be very beautiful!
What a lovely place, with or without the snow! I was wondering, who is the statue of in the middle of the park?
Good question! Have to look it up…
This entire blog is really cool, especially this one because my mom used to live in Brussels and I never knew what it looked like. Thanks.
(I have to do this for school)
You’re welcome and thanks for the compliment!
Pretty pretty pretty!!
