Going back via the German Moselle – Cosy times at Walter J. Oster
It’s not only because of the very good wines that Walter J. Oster has stolen our hearts. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, also in English. And as I have mentioned in an earlier post, they offer a lot more than wines.
First of all, there is an enormous choice of strong alcoholic drinks:
- Liqueur based on fruit, such as cranberry, mango, passion fruit, and so on.
- Liqueur specialties such as Dark Whiskey Orange Chocolate liqueur.
- Liqueur with cream, for example Liqueur with Champagne, cream and truffle.
- Liqueurs based on herbs and spices, such as green and black absinthe.
- Different kinds of brandy.
- Different kinds of liquor.
Second, you’ll find some food products here as well!
- Different kinds of balsamic vinegars.
- Different kinds of balsamic vinegars with cream.
- Different kinds of bruschetta mixes.
- All kinds of dips, oils, salsas, mustard, …

This does look cozy, friendly, and very delicious
And it really is! We have a lot of good memories of this place!
This goes along with my resolution to drink more wine! It looks like a great place to visit and get lost in.
