Having a look at animal designs at Ménage à Deux

Earlier this week, Vanessa Morgan and I went to a clothes store, called Ménage à Deux. According to their website,

Ménage à Deux is the concept store from Vanessa Vukicevic and Ran Yaniv blending local talents with international collections in their own atypical place.
Through their artistic background, they consider their shop as a meeting place where they regularly organize events to highlight the work of other creators and artists, as well as constituting a meeting point for people in an evolving neighborhood.

One of the local artists with whom the designers had recently collaborated is Gilles Vranckx. He has created animal designs for a part of their collection. And you can see some of his works in an exhibition at the store as well! By the way, I think it’s the first time that I have seen an artist’s work in a clothes shop. The title of the exhibition is Animoid Row.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ménage à Deux. The two designers were very friendly and immediately gave us permission to photograph the store. And the combination of fashion and art is a winner! The dress that you see Vanessa modeling is simply astonishing!
