Angels with Dirty Faces consists of a series of 6 pictures and a video. This is an artwork by the Croatian artist Igor Grubic, who was inspired by real events.
This work consists of a documentary video with footage of a miners’ strike in Belgrade and a series of photographs inspired by the archetypal figure of the heroic worker and by Wim Wender’s film Wings of Desire.
