Our Adaptable Adventure – The center of Brantôme
Next stop was Brantôme:
If Bourdeilles was pretty, Brantôme is simply picturesque! And it owes its charm to the location; the center of this commune is located on an isle, encircled by a sweep of the Dronne. It does attract tourists, but most of them can be found on the river, with a kayak or a canoe. We stayed here for quite some time, observing the people on the water and the bridges.
I have so many pictures of this charming place, that I will simply publish them in three different posts.

I think if the Viking and I were in a canoe, it would sink! But we did do some swimming! But more about that later
