Our Adaptable Adventure – Bourdeilles

About 20 kilometers to the northwest of Périgueux is the pretty village of Bourdeilles:

The history of this village goes back to the 10th century, but the expansion of Bourdeilles started in the 12th – 13th century on. Although it is smaller than Périgueux, Bourdeilles’ church and two castles do attract a lot of tourists. The fact that it is situated along the river Dronne helps too of course!

Great pics, but I prefer your old format. Everything takes a little longer to load with this new one. — YUR
