Road Tripping Europe

Discovering and photographing the unknown beauty of Europe

Our Adaptable Adventure – Back to the sea in Abbekås

After an interesting portion of religious history, The Viking and I thought it was about time to go back to nature. Or at least go back to our favorite kind of landscape: the coast.

The south of Sweden has some pretty coastal towns and villages. We didn’t have any goal in mind; we stopped wherever we found a place to park the car. That wasn’t easy; the warm and sunny weather had attracted a lot of people to the sea.

Our first stop was in the harbor of Abbekås:

There was almost no wind and thus almost no waves. We really enjoyed the tranquillity!
