This is the literal translation of Dites-Lui Avec Des Frites / Zeg Het Met Frieten, another sculpture that was inspired by the popular French Fries.
Again, you see the typical cone, but instead of the fries, you see colorful flowers. The idea came from a song by Jacques Brel, who was a very popular Belgian singer. The song the sculpture refers to is called Les Bonbons (The Candies), in which Brel refers to French fries as flowers.
This artwork was made by Jean-Marc Collier, who studied to be a civil engineer and an architect, but dedicates his time to painting.
