Another small island to the south of Fyn is Tåsinge. Its main attraction is Valdemar Slot (Valdemar Castle); we decided to have a look at it, because it’s supposed to be very beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a lifestyle fair going on; there were way too many people in and around the castle, so we decided to postpone our visit. I did like the building and especially its location; it’s right next to the waterside.
Instead, I wanted to have a look at Troense again. We had been here before, and I thought it was a charming small town. Among its highlights are a toy museum and old buildings, but as always I was attracted by the waterside. And I was not the only one. In the harbor lots of people were picnicking or just having a stroll. We only stopped to take a couple of pictures and continued our drive for a special project in Langeland.
what a beautiful blue(s) in these photos!
Thank you! It was just a perfect day!
You have a very unique way of getting the greens & blues out… I like it a lot
Maybe it’s because green is my favorite color
Thanks for the compliment, by the way!
Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog for a little while. As usual, I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as clean as when I arrived. I’ll be back!
I’ll be waiting for you!
