During our long weekend in the Harz, we stayed in a small town, called Hahnenklee:
This place is known for its Norwegian church. You don’t find many of these in Germany; Hahnenklee is actually the only town in Germany to have such a church. It was constructed in the beginning of the 20th century and is completely made of wood.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t take any pictures inside the church. But the exterior itself was very beautiful! It’s so unusual to find this kind of building in Germany. Here are the other pictures.

Before I read the text I was thing; oh, thats seems like a norwegian church (stavkirke), how strange.
It is, it is unique in Germany!
